Yes. It is roughly a 20-minute walk south down Broadway from the 16th Street Mall, or a short bus ride on the 0 line, which stops within a block of the shop.
No. Any adult 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID may purchase recreational cannabis, whether you live in Cap Hill or are visiting for the weekend.
Not in public. Consumption is legal only on private property with the owner's permission or in a licensed Denver hospitality lounge — sidewalks, Cheesman Park and Civic Center are all ticketable.
